Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Known worldwide as Lady Gaga. She was born on Manhattan, New York in the USA. Her mother is Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of mobile provider Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. is her father, director of a company on the internet and businessman. The girl was raised as a Catholic in Manhattan's Upper East Side. In order to avoid being a victim of the system, her parents were enrolled at the Convent of the Sacred Heart an eminent and religious institution. She was very fond of music since she was a child she learned to play the piano and when she was thirteen, she composed her first song. She was a participant in open mic nights. She was a huge fan of the Queen Michael Jackson, Madonna and David Bowie. Following her graduation from high school, she entered into the Tisch School of Art at New York University to study music. However, she did not finish her education. Instead, she started her music career.
